Alpine Bank in Colorado is seeking a Small Business Banker to develop and manage treasury solutions for small business clients. The role focuses on phone-based consultations to meet owners' needs using advanced knowledge of business banking products and cash management services.

The position requires experience in consulting clients, setting up ACH origination, wires, and digital banking tools, with emphasis on risk controls and onboarding coordination. On-site attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years frontline banking experience.
• Knowledge of treasury services and cash management.
• Familiar with business entity documentation and account structures.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultation and enrollment in essential business services.
• Discuss payment solutions with small business clients to understand needs.
• Recommend and implement business banking products with Retail referrals.
• Set up ACH origination, wire, merchant processing, and other cash management tools.
• Guide clients on digital banking, fraud prevention, and account security.
• Partner with internal teams for onboarding and consultations.
• Possibly conduct business development activities with top small business clients.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including KYC/AML.
