Qualifications

• Strong consultative sales skills to build and deepen small business relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of business banking products and treasury services.
• Ability to set up and explain ACH origination, wire, and other cash management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, enrollment and training of essential business services.
• Discuss payment solutions with small business clients to understand needs and goals.
• Recommends and implements business banking products with client referrals from Retail.
• Assist with basic ACH origination, wire, merchant processing, and other cash management services.
• Guide clients on digital banking tools and fraud prevention practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product onboarding and client needs.
• May conduct business development activities including outbound calling to top small business segment.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations including KYC/AML and treasury risk controls.
• Maintain knowledge of business entity documentation and account structures.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
