• Manages a client portfolio with a focus on relationship development.
• Thorough knowledge of small business financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end client journey to meet needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Identifies and refers small business opportunities and solutions to clients.
• Delivers a branded customer experience in sales portfolios, in the field 80% of the time.
• Forges relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Uses credit knowledge to advise on solutions and digital capabilities.
• Supports execution of sales delivery to grow the Small Business segment.
• Coaches and guides associates and clients with a client-centric culture.
