• Provides Alpine Bank’s Commercial Banking Customers with product and service support.
• Answers inquiries through multiple channels – phone, email, or online chats.
• Owns resolution of customer questions/concerns related to commercial banking services.
• Supports onboarding and implementation of products for new customers.
• Assists with account maintenance and documentation for online banking.
