Job summary

Safran Electronics & Defense Actuation North America seeks an experienced SIOP Manager to lead the integrated business planning process across Sales, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance. You will translate priorities into an executable plan, ensure forecast reliability, and manage risks to support on-time delivery and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in SIOP or related planning roles.
• Strong knowledge of SIOP/S&OP, demand planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve end-to-end SIOP process (Demand/ Supply / Executive SIOP).
• Coordinate with Sales, Program Management, Operations and Finance to align plans with financial targets.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, reports, and control towers to drive action.
• Lead and develop a team of 5-10 demand and procurement related roles.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
