Job summary

EnerSys seeks a Senior Manager, Global Supply Planning to lead the SIOP process, translating demand forecasts into integrated supply plans. You will drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to optimize inventory and service levels.

You will guide process improvement, governance, and metrics across regions, with emphasis on data quality, planning discipline, and executive-ready decision support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply planning, demand planning or related roles.
• 5+ years of planning leadership, cross-functional initiatives, senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of SIOP/S&OP principles and planning metrics.
• Ability to analyze forecasts using historical data, market signals, and inputs.
• Experience standardizing or improving SIOP processes and governance.
• Ability to lead change and build alignment across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the global SIOP process and drive cross-functional participation.
• Review demand plans and forecasts; identify gaps and recommend adjustments.
• Translate demand into executable global master supply plans across horizons.
• Develop and improve SIOP tools, governance, metrics, and cadence.
• Drive standardization across planning activities; collaborate with planners and operations.
• Establish inventory targets and service levels aligned with demand and supply.
