Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior SIOP Leader to drive integrated demand, supply and inventory planning across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance. You will translate priorities into executable plans and support executive decisions.

The role emphasizes transforming planning maturity, optimizing inventory, aligning capacity with strategy, and guiding cross-functional teams through governance, analytics and scenario modeling to improve service and cash flow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in SIOP/S&OP, supply chain, manufacturing, demand or inventory planning.
Experience leading end-to-end SIOP process.
Strong knowledge of demand, inventory, supply and capacity planning and governance.
Strong financial and analytical skills including forecasting and ROI analysis.
Ability to connect business strategy to cross-functional operational plans.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated planning. Own the end-to-end SIOP process with reviews and executive reconciliation.
Connect SIOP to business strategy; translate priorities into executable plans.
Advance planning maturity with a multi-year transformation roadmap.
Optimize inventory through governance and policy settings.
Integrate demand and product planning with marketing and product management.
Align supply and capacity across horizons and coordinate responses to risks.
Guide executive decisions with scenario modeling and KPI dashboards.
Improve value chain performance and develop planning talent.
