Job summary

Daniel Defense is seeking a Planning & SIOP Manager to lead the integrated planning function, including SIOP, MPS, and inventory strategy. You will drive demand and supply alignment across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement, ensuring a single, visible plan to support growth and operational efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in Operations/Supply Chain leadership, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong ERP/MRP planning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 7+ years of Operations/Supply Chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading SIOP, MPS, and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to partner across functions to align demand, supply, and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise SIOP process and align demand with supply and financial goals.
• Lead executive SIOP reviews with risk, capacity, and inventory implications.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies balancing service levels and working capital.
