You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to optimize inventory and forecast accuracy. Responsibilities include leading monthly SIOP, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Production, and delivering executive summaries with performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain, production planning, or operations with at least 3 years in a SIOP/demand planning leadership role.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly SIOP process aligning demand, supply, and financial goals.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations/Procurement/Production to ensure capacity and material availability.
• Analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; present findings to leadership.
