Sierra Space is seeking a Senior Manager, SI&OP to link customer demand, supply, and capacity with program execution. You will implement and optimize SI&OP processes across forecasting, inventory, and workforce planning to ensure on-time delivery of spacecraft and subsystems, while balancing cost and capacity.

You will coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Programs to enable predictable execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, program planning, supply chain, or related fields, with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with SI&OP or integrated planning processes.
• 3-5 years of experience with SI&OP.
• Strong knowledge in financial planning, program/operations planning, supply chain, or business analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Execute and optimize SI&OP processes across demand forecasting, inventory management, workforce planning, and supply planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Programs, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development.
• Maintain integrated planning data and develop dashboards for planning metrics and trends.
• Lead planning governance, cadence, and performance reporting.
• Drive adoption of SI&OP methodologies and tools across teams.
• Translate SI&OP outputs into master schedules and procurement plans.
