Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end SIOP process including Demand and Supply Reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to drive corrective actions and performance insights.
• Link operational plans to financial targets and ROI analysis.
• Lead a team of 5–10 demand and procurement roles.
