Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years in business operations, program planning, supply chain, or related fields.
• At least 5+ years in cross-functional coordination or team leadership roles.
• Experience with SI&OP or integrated planning processes.
• 3-5 years of experience with SI&OP.
• Strong knowledge in financial planning, program/operations planning, supply chain, or business analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive alignment.
• Experience with change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM/ERP/MRP/FP&A systems; understanding of capacity planning and inventory strategies.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute SI&OP planning standards, cadences, and processes for consistency.
• Facilitate planning meetings and cross-functional forums.
• Monitor adherence to planning processes and report performance metrics.
• Drive adoption of SI&OP processes across teams and programs.
• Develop training materials and best practices to support adoption.
• Coach team members on SI&OP methodologies and tools.
• Build cross-functional relationships to support planning effectiveness.
• Translate SI&OP outputs into master schedules, materials planning, and program execution plans.
• Support planning for new program introductions, proposals, and long-lead procurement.
• Coordinate capacity, resource, and inventory planning decisions.
