You will present data-driven recommendations, develop strategic cross-functional partnerships, and help launches with retail customers.

The role emphasizes analytical excellence, relationship-building, and delivering actionable findings that influence key customer decisions and branded growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, sales and marketing, or related curriculum.
• 5 to 8 years of sales or business analysis, market research, or related experience.
• Experience with Circana (IRI) or NielsenIQ is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience building consensus across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with account managers and retailers as a business partner.
• Analyze category trends and shopper behavior to create data-driven selling stories for customer presentations.
• Lead creation of retail sell sheets to support sales initiatives and new item launches.
• Create business reviews and monthly volume scorecards for key accounts using internal data.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and trade marketing to align on annual growth objectives.
• Lead development of space initiatives using planogram software.
