Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales and marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales, business analysis, or market research experience.
• Experience with Circana (IRI) or NielsenIQ is required.
• Strong communication and ability to build consensus across departments.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with account managers and retailers as a business partner.
• Analyze category trends and shopper behavior to create data-driven selling stories.
• Lead creation of retail sell sheets for sales initiatives and new item launches.
• Create monthly volume scorecards and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and trade marketing to align on growth objectives.
• Lead development of space initiatives using planogram software.
