Job summary

Kemps Home Office in St. Louis Park, MN is seeking a Customer Development Analyst to support the sales team with analytical reviews, scorecards and category reports. You will assist with space management, plan-o-grams for new items, and seasonal initiatives.

Responsibilities include preparing retail sell sheets, updating scorecards, and developing insights from syndicated data to guide customer and category growth. Strong MS Office skills and effective communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of sales, business analysis, or market research experience.
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI or NielsenIQ) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Ability to deliver quality deliverables on time.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of retail sell sheets for sales initiatives and item launches.
• Update business reviews and monthly volume scorecards for key accounts.
• Develop customer-facing insights, selling stories, and business recommendations using data sources.
• Support syndicated database management through item placement and data validation.
• Collaborate with team to develop reporting templates and templates.
