Job summary

Kemps seeks a Sr. Customer Development Analyst to join its St. Louis Park team.

You will turn category and shopper insights into compelling, data-driven selling stories that influence retailer decisions and drive growth. You will partner with sales and retail customers, create impactful presentations, and support launches of new products. You will analyze syndicated data sources, build business reviews, and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve annual growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, sales and marketing, or related curriculum.
• 5 to 8 years of sales or business analysis, market research, or related experience.
• Experience with Circana (IRI) or NielsenIQ is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Travel up to 15% annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with account managers and retailers.
• Analyze category trends and syndicated data to create data-driven selling stories.
• Lead creation of retail sell sheets for initiatives.
• Create business reviews and monthly scorecards for key accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on growth objectives.
• Lead development of space initiatives using planogram software.
