Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Professional Services Sales Manager to lead pre-sales engagements, scope and propose services alongside the core Rubrik platform, helping Account Executives close deals with confidence.

You will drive scoping calls, Path-to-Production workshops, size services investment, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services delivery, and Resilience Guardian teams throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience in Professional Services or solution selling
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security conceptual knowledge required
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enhanced sales tools to work smarter and grow impact

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities — understanding customer business and technical objectives, scoping engagements, and building the services business case
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, methodology, and value
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate turnaround
• Work with Professional Services delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops with Professional Services Specialists
• Travel up to 10% of the time
