Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Professional Services Sales Manager to lead pre-sales engagements, scope complex opportunities, and craft service work streams that align with customers’ long-term goals alongside the Rubrik platform.

You will partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services, build proposals and SOWs, and drive the services pipeline. Some on-site and remote scoping calls are required, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience in Professional Services or solution selling.
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security knowledge required.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enhanced sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities and build a solid services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services offerings.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs with increasingly AI-enhanced workflows.
• Align pre-sales scope with post-sales success with delivery and support teams.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
