Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Service New Product Introduction (NPI), Services Productization, or Solution Engineering in global SaaS/Enterprise/Cyber Resilience.
• Proven track record taking complex enterprise tech services from concept to global field execution.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, and Field Services.
• Executive-level collaboration with VP+ leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design & launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings and delivery playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Engineering to build service packages and deployment frameworks.
• Continuously refresh and optimize the PS portfolio based on field feedback and market trends.
