Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Services Program Manager to oversee day-to-day management of complex Installation Services projects and support qualified sales opportunities. This role requires value-based selling expertise and collaboration with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Sales, and the Director of Installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent.
• 12+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 6 years in retail/store operations.
• Experience with Point‑of‑Sale installation and cabling projects.
• Experience creating customer proposals and delivering presentations.
• Strong understanding of P&L responsibilities and financial management.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, including MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program execution and delivery across multiple complex projects involving TGCS, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Lead daily project team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, incorporating change control processes when necessary.
• Develop and manage project plans ensuring outcomes meet TGCS and client goals.
• Provide frequent program updates to clients and internal executives, managing escalations and resolving issues.
• Mentor Project Managers and grow leadership within the team.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, manage risk mitigation, and ensure thorough project documentation.
• Provide content for RFPs and RFIs, and identify opportunities to leverage existing assets.
