Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Technical Program Manager for Client Solution Delivery to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex retail solutions in the United States. You will drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and business teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and maintain high-quality SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12+ years of program and project management experience, including 7+ years managing client-facing technical solutions.
• Retail technology, POS systems, or custom software delivery experience.
• Technical expertise in system architecture, software development practices, and embedded systems/AI.
• PM certifications (PMP/SAFe/Scrum) or plan to obtain one or more.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, and related PM tools.
• Experience managing complex, multi-team projects with focus on execution and client satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive consensus.
• Customer-facing experience translating requirements into executable plans.
• Results-driven delivering high-quality solutions within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities
