Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical teams and driving deployment readiness
• Experience owning escalation management and critical situations with senior stakeholders
• Operational standards governance and metric-driven delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead RTO engineering team and manage performance, development, and staffing.
• Oversee deployment readiness, testing, pilot, and production deployment decisions.
• Manage escalation paths, root cause analysis, and post-deployment reviews.
• Engage with customers and executives to communicate risk, status, and commitments.
• Define and track operational metrics and continuously improve processes.
