Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an innovative and strategic Services Engineering Leader to drive the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings and accelerate time-to-value across the Rubrik portfolio.

As a core member of the Global Professional Services Leadership Team, you will collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering, and Field Delivery to ensure offerings stay aligned with the technology roadmap and customer needs.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of direct experience in Service New Product Introduction (NPI) or Services Productization.
Experience taking complex enterprise tech services from concept to global field execution.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Mgmt, Product Eng, and Field Services.
Executive presence with VP-level stakeholders and above.
Deep understanding of enterprise IT infra, data management, cloud or cybersecurity frameworks.
Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings, playbooks, and delivery methodologies.
Partner with Product Mgmt and Product Eng during early-stage releases to build service packages and deployment frameworks.
Continuously evaluate and refresh the PS portfolio based on field feedback and market trends.
