Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sr. Manager, People Partner to lead a global team and partner with COEs to set a strong operating rhythm. You will coach leaders through complex cases, guide ER investigations, and drive strategic people plans across large client groups in a dynamic tech environment.

You will also scale AI-enabled HR tools, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and champion an inclusive, high-performing culture across Rubrik’s global organization, based in Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive HR roles with leadership experience.
• ER subject matter expert with multi-geography experience.
• Experience partnering with fast-growing tech teams and COEs.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives across global, matrixed orgs.
• Strong stakeholder alignment and accountability with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of approximately 8 People Partners.
• Set operating rhythm, coach leaders through performance, change, and growth.
• Serve as escalation point for ER investigations and policy interpretations.
• Own end-to-end people partnering strategy for large client groups.
• Partner with COEs to design unified, scalable HR initiatives.
• Drive AI-enabled tools and processes to modernize HR delivery.
