Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Professional Services Sales Manager to lead pre-sales engagements, scope and propose professional services alongside the Rubrik platform, and help Account Executives close deals with confidence.

You will partner with Sales, Sales Engineers, and Professional Services delivery teams, drive scoping calls, Path-to-Production workshops, and build compelling SOWs while guiding the services pipeline from initial scope to booked engagements; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience (Professional Services or solution selling).
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security concepts are required.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities, scoping engagements and building the services business case.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, and help close bigger deals.
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to speed turnaround.
• Coordinate with Professional Services delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian to align pre-sales with post-sales success.
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings.
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops with Professional Services Specialists.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
