• Proven track record taking enterprise services from concept to global field execution.
• Experience influencing across matrixed orgs with Product Management, Engineering, and Field Services.

• Service Productization & Portfolio Strategy: design & launch standardized, scalable services with playbooks and delivery methods.
• Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with product, engineering, and field teams to ensure viable services.
