Job summary

CDW is seeking a Professional Services Manager to help execute and optimize professional services engagements across assigned accounts. You will work with sales, delivery teams, and clients to understand business needs and align services that drive outcomes.

The role focuses on on-time, in-scope delivery with quality and financial accountability, including collaboration across teams and ongoing improvement initiatives. A strong emphasis on stakeholder communication and KPI tracking is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years in consultative professional services sales, delivery or project coordination, OR 9 years in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of relationships with key client stakeholders and internal CDW partners.
• Understand client business objectives and align services solutions.
• Participate in account planning activities and client-facing discussions as needed.
• Assist with defining project scope, timelines, and resourcing plans.
• Coordinate across multiple services practices to support engagement execution and resource alignment.
• Partner with sales, pre-sales and project managers to support services engagements.
• Track engagement KPIs related to delivery performance, client satisfaction and financial outcomes.
• Provide updates to internal stakeholders on engagement status, risks and opportunities.
