CDW seeks a Professional Services Manager to drive successful professional services engagements across accounts and regions. You will partner with sales, integrated technology teams, and clients to understand business needs and align services that deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities include guiding delivery lifecycle, planning scopes and timelines, coordinating across practices, and monitoring KPIs. Travel up to 25% is expected in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in consultative professional services sales, delivery, or project coordination roles supporting client engagements.
• Experience supporting technology services engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or services-related certifications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and internal CDW partners.
• Understand client objectives to align services solutions.
• Support delivery lifecycle of professional services engagements.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resourcing plans.
• Coordinate across services practices to support engagement execution.
• Track engagement KPIs related to delivery performance and client satisfaction.
• Escalate issues affecting delivery timelines, scope, or satisfaction.
