Job summary

CDW is seeking a Managed Services Engineering Manager to lead a specialized engineering team in delivering defined services, aligning with product and sales functions, and driving customer satisfaction. The role focuses on continuous service improvement, resource allocation, and strong partner collaboration.

You will act as a primary owner for service delivery, manage workload, hire and coach staff, and ensure performance through ongoing reviews. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or 9+ years of related IT services delivery experience.
• Experience leading consulting or IT services delivery teams and managing to outcomes.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise OS environments (AIX, Linux, Unix).

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Managed Services Engineering teams to meet financial, operations, customer satisfaction and coworker targets.
• Serve as product owner for the services, aligning engineering with the overall Services strategy.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partner representatives (Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, VMWare).
• Hire, coach, and manage staff; drive performance management and career development.
• Oversee service processes (problem/change/work order) and ensure adherence to SOPs and QA.
