Job summary

CDW Technologies, LLC is seeking a Professional Services Manager (PSM) to lead and coordinate successful professional services engagements within assigned accounts, collaborating with sales, delivery resources, and clients to align services with business goals.

You will support engagement planning, scope definition, resourcing, and delivery activities across multiple practices, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in client outcomes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in consultative professional services sales, delivery, or project coordination.
• 9 years of work experience in similar roles.
• Experience supporting technology services engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• PMP or services-related certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of relationships with client stakeholders and internal CDW partners.
• Understand client business objectives to align services solutions.
• Participate in account planning activities and client-facing discussions.
• Support preparation and execution of client business reviews.
• Support the delivery lifecycle of professional services engagements, including consultation, design, implementation, and support.
• Coordinate across multiple services practices to support engagement execution and resource alignment.
• Track engagement KPIs related to delivery performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
