Job summary

FourKites, Inc. is seeking a Services Consulting Specialist (SCS) to bridge Sales and Professional Services, guiding scoping, risk assessment, and requirements gathering for complex supply chain implementations.

You will lead design sessions, identify gaps, and enable smooth handoffs to Implementation. The role spans net new business and expansion within existing customers, with collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and PS teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an Implementation or Services Sales support role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• 7+ years of customer-facing experience with enterprise clients in the supply chain space.
• Experience assessing data readiness across multi-modal supply chains and diagnosing integration gaps.
• Ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic bridge between Sales and Professional Services teams during scoping, risk assessment, and requirements gathering.
• Lead prospect and customer design sessions to map current-state operations and define a clear solution path.
• Support Sales on RFP responses and pilot programs during the pre-sales cycle.
• Review BRD, scope documents, and SOW inputs; enforce scoping requirements and timelines.
