Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years in product ownership, project management, or service delivery.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and user impact.
• Lead and mentor a scrum team of analysts, developers, and testers.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and advocate利用 new features.
