Job summary

Huntington is seeking a strategic BSA Lead / Product Owner to drive ServiceNow initiatives. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog, and partner with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires 8–12+ years in product ownership or related fields, 3+ years on ServiceNow, and strong leadership to guide a scrum team through ceremonies and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years in equivalent experience.
• 8-12+ years of related experience in product ownership, project management, or service delivery management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead and mentor a scrum team of business analysts, developers, and testers.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement.
