Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 8-12+ years of experience in product ownership or related fields.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Serve as SME for ServiceNow; collaborate with architects and developers.
• Lead a scrum team; facilitate agile ceremonies and stakeholder liaison.
• Ensure timely delivery and drive continuous improvement; promote ITIL/DevOps practices.
