Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 8–12+ years of related experience in product ownership, project management, or service delivery management.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform and applications.
• Lead and mentor a scrum team of business analysts, developers, and testers.
