Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a strategic BSA Lead/Product Owner to drive ServiceNow solutions, define the product vision, and manage a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and testers.

You will translate business needs into user stories, prioritize backlog, stay current with ServiceNow releases, and partner with architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact digital capabilities for the bank.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years in equivalent experience.
• 8 - 12+ years of related experience in product ownership, project management, or service delivery management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• Lead and mentor a scrum team of business analysts, developers, and testers.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions and monitor product performance for continuous improvement.
