The role requires 8–12+ years in product ownership or service delivery, hands-on ServiceNow experience, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work model; base salary range shown with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 8-12+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or service delivery management.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Exempt status noted in posting.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and user impact.
• Lead and mentor a scrum team of business analysts, developers, and testers.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
