Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience for enterprise SaaS platforms.
ITSM/ITIL expertise in a large enterprise with modernization track record.
Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end platform strategy and multi-year roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
Define and maintain the platform backlog with cross-functional teams.
Own license, consumption, and ROI metrics for the platform and its modules.
Collaborate with governance, change, and data teams to align roadmap with policies and data governance.
Drive AI-enabled capabilities and guardrails with human-in-the-loop controls.
Communicate platform strategy and value to leadership and business stakeholders.
