Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an ITSM Engineering Manager to lead the teams responsible for Moveworks, ServiceNow, and AI development across internal platforms. You will own end-to-end engineering delivery and guide a blended team of employees and contractors.

You will design, build, and ship AI agents, orchestration, and integrations while enforcing governance, testing, and documentation across the platform. This role demands strong ITSM expertise and hands-on AI experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive software/platform engineering; 3+ years in engineering leadership overseeing other engineers.
• Hands-on experience building/extending AI agents and multi-agent orchestration.
• ITSM experience in a large enterprise with ITIL 4 practices; proven AI-enabled modernization of ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery across Moveworks, ServiceNow, and internal AI development platforms.
• Design, build, and ship AI agents and multi-agent orchestration with guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Lead a blended team of direct employees and contractors; enforce one engineering standard across all staff.
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, mentorship, hiring, and performance management; partner with vendor governance on contractor scope.
• Evaluate vendor claims to guide build-vs-buy and platform investments.
• Establish and maintain SDLC, CI/CD, testing, and documentation practices.
