Job summary

JLL is seeking an ESM Platforms Engineering Manager to lead engineering for Moveworks, ServiceNow, and internal AI initiatives. You will drive hands-on delivery, architect AI agents, and manage a blended team of employees and contractors to modernize enterprise service management.

You will partner with platform leads and governance groups to maintain rigorous SDLC, CI/CD, and documentation while delivering self-service capabilities and secure automation for development teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software/platform engineering experience, with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Hands-on AI agents and multi-agent orchestration development experience.
• Direct ServiceNow development experience (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, scripting).
• 6+ years ITSM experience in a large enterprise with ITIL 4 practices.
• Strong critical thinking to apply ITSM frameworks and vendor claims carefully.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery across Moveworks, ServiceNow, and internal platforms.
• Design, build, and ship AI agents and multi-agent orchestration for ITSM workflows.
• Lead a blended team of direct employees and contractors with unified coding standards.
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, mentorship, hiring, and performance management.
• Identify automation and AI capabilities for self-service provisioning and developer-facing agents.
• Evaluate vendor/platform claims to guide build-vs-buy and investments.
• Ensure governance alignment with Platform Release Board and change/config management.
• Establish SDLC, CI/CD, tests, and documentation practices across teams.
