Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Platform to lead the vision, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will own the platform roadmap, investment planning, release governance, and serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, strategic partners, and managed service providers.

This role requires 8+ years of ServiceNow experience and strong leadership to balance technology strategy with business outcomes, including building

Competenze

8+ years of ServiceNow experience with deep platform knowledge.
5+ years of leadership experience overseeing enterprise platforms, products, or ServiceNow teams.
Proven experience owning and governing an enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform.
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to build investment cases and influence executive stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering governance and platform outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience managing managed service providers, strategic partners, and vendor relationships.
Experience leading and developing technical teams, including BAs, Developers, and Administrators.
ServiceNow certifications and enterprise platform/product management background.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills including ITOM/SecOps exposure.
