Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an ESM Platforms Engineering Manager in Chicago to lead engineering across Moveworks, ServiceNow, and related AI initiatives. You will guide architecture, implement guardrails, and align with change, release, and configuration governance while mentoring a mixed team of direct staff and contractors.

The role requires 8+ years in software/platform engineering, 3+ years in management, and deep ITSM/ITIL4 familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/platform engineering, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on AI agents and multi-agent orchestration experience.
• 6+ years ITSM in a large enterprise; strong ITIL4 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery across three platforms: Moveworks, ServiceNow, and internal AI development.
• Lead a blended team of direct employees and contractors with unified code quality standards.
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, mentorship, hiring, and performance management.
