Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our team as a senior technical authority responsible for design, architecture, and delivery of advanced ServiceNow solutions in financial services. The role requires leading complex implementations, ensuring platform best practices, security, and regulatory compliance across engagements.

You will guide delivery teams, translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 4–6 years of IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions and architectures.
• Guide delivery teams, providing hands-on leadership during critical design and build phases.
• Ensure architecture is translated correctly into configuration and code; manage technical risks.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; collaborate with CMAs and testers.
