Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Service Applications leader for Commercial Real Estate & Industrial Strategic Accounts. You will lead development of complex service solutions and commercial proposals for large, multi-site customers, partnering with Strategic Account sales teams to create technically sound, financially compelling service agreements.

Qualifications

10+ years of HVAC service, controls, and related fields.
Experience supporting commercial real estate or multi-site enterprise customers.
Strong commercial acumen to evaluate scope, pricing, risk, and value.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Lead development of complex service solutions and commercial proposals for large multi-site customers.
Partner with sales teams to create technically sound, financially compelling service agreements.
Coordinate solution development across regions and account stakeholders.
