Job summary
Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Applications leader for Commercial Real Estate & Industrial Strategic Accounts in the United States.
You will lead the development of complex service solutions and commercial proposals for large, multi-site customers, partnering with Strategic Account sales and Enablement to create technically sound, financially compelling service agreements. You will coordinate solution development across areas, validate feasibility with operations and finance,
Qualifications
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to executives and customers.
- Strong ability to develop and present commercial service proposals.
- Proven track record in multi-site or national accounts.
- Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of complex service solutions and commercial proposals for large, multi-site customers.
