Johnson Controls is evolving a Strategic Account Executive role to lead a major Commercial Real Estate and Integrated Facilities Management alliance. You will own the commercial strategy for a partner-managed client portfolio and drive profitable growth across the portfolio.

You will build trusted relationships across alliance leadership, sourcing, operations, and executive governance, guiding opportunity prioritization and ensuring alignment with Johnson Controls resources and goals.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 12+ years of enterprise sales/alliances experience.
• Manages $100M+ portfolio or equivalent complex enterprise business.
• Strong knowledge of IFM, sourcing, procurement, and portfolio governance.

• Own the enterprise account strategy for the IFM alliance and align capabilities with partner priorities.
• Track account economics: revenue, bookings, gross margin, renewals, pipeline, forecast, and terms.
