Johnson Controls seeks a Service Sales Applications Engineer, Commercial Real Estate & Industrial Strategic Accounts, to lead development of service solutions and commercial proposals for large, multi-site customers.
You will partner with Strategic Account sales and Service Sales Enablement to create technically sound, financially compelling service agreements, asset lifecycle plans, and bundled solutions across portfolios.
Qualificações
- 10+ years in HVAC service, controls, service ops, or related fields.
- Experience supporting large multi-site or national accounts.
- Strong understanding of service agreements, labor/material proposals, asset lifecycle.
Responsabilidades
- Lead development of complex service solutions and commercial proposals for large, multi-site customers.
- Partner with Strategic Account sales and Service Sales Enablement to craft technically sound, financially compelling service agreements.
- Coordinate solution development across regions, sites, and functions to ensure executability and value.
- Identify risks, pricing considerations, and mitigation strategies during pursuit development.
