Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of service delivery, operations management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery and client engagement using C-Track solutions in production.
• Manage SLAs, stabilize production, and deliver ongoing support for assigned clients.
• Build relationships with clients, third-party partners, and internal teams.
• Balance client needs with business goals to maximize value and satisfaction.
• Ensure issues are resolved quickly and operations align with standards.
• Travel as needed (10–20%).
