Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in service delivery, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers and SMEs to facilitate consensus.
• Knowledge in service delivery management and customer service.
• Highly organized with problem solving, prioritization and risk management.
• Experience with virtual teams and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience with software development lifecycle policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage support and consulting services engagements with clients using C-Track solutions.
• Deliver on service level agreements with assigned client(s).
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships, including third-party partners.
• Balance client advocacy with business goals to deliver value.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor feedback.
• Understand product offerings and align with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with testing groups to identify issues in services and software.
• Travel 10–20% as needed.
