Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee client engagements, stabilize production environments, and ensure SLA delivery for C-Track solutions across accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, drive service improvements, and align delivery with corporate goals. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 10–20% travel. Experience in managing virtual teams and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years' experience in a service delivery management role.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers and subject matter experts.
• Highly organized with problem solving, prioritization, time management, risk management, escalation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with virtual teams to successfully deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the support and consulting services engagement with assigned clients using C-Track solutions.
• Deliver on service level agreements with assigned client(s).
• Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
• Balance client advocacy with business goals to deliver the best value solution for the client(s).
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction within assigned client(s).
• Travel required as needed (10-20%).
